The wireless interaction between building devices on the Internet has never been easier to achieve. Such interaction of networked components yields essential FM data, but it also provides cyber criminals with the ability to attack an organization’s enterprise network. Such cyberattacks are occurring with increased frequency – it is no longer a question of if your facility’s control systems will undergo a cyberattack, but when. This webinar will consist of a panel of two major IWMS vendors discussing how they address a number of cyber security issues related to market segmentation, technology, integration, resilience, vendor responsibilities and focus, and future trends. Following an introduction by the panel moderator on the current state of cybercrime/security best practices, the panelists will discuss their company’s status, approach to the issues above, followed by questions from the attendees
Panelists:
Eric Teicholz, IFMA Fellow, President, Graphic Systems, Inc.
John McGee, IFMA Fellow, President, Archibus
Erik Jaspers, Product Strategy & Innovation Officer, Planon
